I just had surgery to remove two breast abnormalities. I couldn't ask for a kinder, caring physician. Everything that was going to happen was explained and you could tell that he truly cares about his patients. We all absolutely LOVE him! Although he has a very busy practice, he makes you feel like he has all the time in the world just for you. Wonderful bedside manner! If I should ever have surgery again, Dr. Pickens will be my first and only choice.
