We recently visited Dr Solomon for a problem I was having. When I asked him why he had prescribed one med over the others available, he said because he "had more samples of that one." He then related several stories of giving samples to men he had never seen as patients, as well as to wives who wanted it for their husbands, who he had also never seen.
